Write and sign a consultation note

Doctors and the owner can write consultation notes.

1. Open the appointment from your dashboard or the queue to start the consultation.
2. Record the complaint, findings, diagnosis and plan.
3. Add a prescription if needed.
4. Sign the note. Once signed it’s locked and can’t be changed.
