About ClinicManagerPro

Clinic software built in Hyderabad, for clinics across India.

ClinicManagerPro is made for clinics that have outgrown a register, a spreadsheet and a separate billing program, especially clinics running more than one branch.

Why we built it

Most clinic software stops at one clinic and one doctor

For clinic owners, the trouble usually starts with the second branch. It arrives, and with it a second register, a second set of invoices and a second pharmacy shelf nobody could see from the first.

Software made for a single doctor didn't help. Branches couldn't share patients, invoice numbers clashed, stock lived in separate notebooks, and the owner only saw the day's numbers after phoning each branch in the evening.

So we built ClinicManagerPro around branches from the start, and around the way Indian clinics actually work: a token queue at the front desk, a GST invoice that gets the exempt and taxable lines right, a pharmacy counter that sells at MRP, and patient consent recorded under the DPDP Act.

Try it free for 60 days. If something doesn't fit your clinic, write to me and tell me what's missing.
